If you purchase services or subscribe to ACTABUILD, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not intend to store full credit card numbers on our own systems.

If a customer creates or requests a share link, report, project portal, or downloadable archive, project information may be accessible to the people who receive that access.

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate ACTABUILD, such as:

Customers should avoid uploading or requesting collection of sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the project. Customers should also avoid including children, private documents, financial records, medical information, or other sensitive details in project photos, videos, field notes, or uploaded files unless necessary and authorized.
